We loved the quick response from Miss Yukio, who suggested upgrading our room for an additional fee. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a subway station right below and the airport shuttle bus stopping right in front. The room size was perfect for two adults and one child, and the train/subway station was conveniently close by. Additionally, there was a shopping mall next door with a convenience store and coffee shop.

I was delighted with my reservation.My luggage had been sent ahead and I was taken to my room by a charming young lady who spoke very good English. The staff is "top notch". The hotel has all the amenities a traveler would want. I will certainly use your booking service in the future.

The staff were incredibly professional, polite, and helpful. The hotel restaurant had an excellent chef, and the food was superb. The location was great, with a metro station nearby and an airport shuttle right in front of the hotel. The staff at the shuttle stop helped us with translations on the Japanese vending machine. Additionally, there was a grocery store just next to the hotel, which was convenient for us during the cold weather over the new year period.

Rooms are fine. Every day we had all our linen changed. Breakfast is traditional Japanese with all kinds of European breakfast dishes. Fresh fruit is delicious.

Breakfast is out of balance in terms of value for money, too expensive. There is a choice of a type of coffee, unfortunately no cappuccino.

Beds were too soft.

We stayed at a hotel located near the train and subway stations which was a great convenience. The shower and bath products were great, and the room had a coffee machine and smart phone with free calls. There were also quality food options at a nearby department store and various restaurants in the area.

The hotel lacked a proper working desk which was an inconvenience.

Close to shopping and subway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. I picked the hotel because it provides free internet. Actually, I was a stranded European due to volcano ash and needed a web connection.

Located next to a bustling shopping mall and amazing restaurants, I truly enjoyed the convenience of this hotel. The public transportation system was easily accessible as it was within walking distance from the hotel. In terms of hotel facilities, I was impressed with the large pool and well-equipped gym. The breakfast was filling and the staff was helpful during my stay.

Spacious, we travelled as a family with 4 persons staying comfortably in a bedroom which sleeps 3. It was very clean and is right next to a subway.
